I think the nearest place to you where there is an established group is in Swansea. There’s a group who meet twice a week - On Wednesday nights they’re at the Bay View restaurant/pub on the Oystermouth Road between 8pm and 9:30pm usually, and on Sunday nights they’re at the Brunswick Arms in Duke Street from 7pm. I am hoping to attend the Sunday one myself after Bootcamp on the 29th June since I will be in the area for a few days seeing family! Owain (Lurch) is the guy to speak to about these meets. They are all lovely people there, and will gladly welcome all new siaradwyr!
There is also another group who meet in Carmarthen on alternate weeks. I believe the next one will be on Thursday 5th June, 7-9pm at The Glyndwr pub in Queen Street. I believe Margaret (margaretnock) is the person to speak to about this one.

Thanks for your kind words about the Swansea group Gavin! The Brunswick group on Sundays is not as successful as our Wednesday group but you will get an opportunity to speak to fluent Welsh speakers there and of course we will be happy to meet up with you!
I noticed on the Say something in Welsh Facebook page that the Cymreag group will be returning to Burry Port soon, no other details yet. It is not far from Llanelli at all with good train links. so I shall let you know more when there are more details.

Well it looks like that the Burry Port group will be meeting on Monday evenings in the yacht club. Though don’t know when it will start yet!

I am not sure if there is a group in Burry Port now. Last I heard there was a group meeting upstairs at the surf bar on Friday mornings.
This was up to June this year and I have not heard anything since.
I do know of someone who is going to set up a Welsh group in Llanelli in the new Welsh Centre called y Lle. Would you be interested in this? I could contact this person to find out more details if you are! Let me know!

And the Carmarthen group is still meeting, although moved to the Ivy Bush Hotel. Alternate Thursday evenings, 7-9, next meeting on 17 September.
