Hi. I’ve been using SSIW for about nine months using the old dragon logo app. I know it’s been superseded, but I liked it and had got to level 2, lesson 17. It now seems to have stopped working, so I’ve moved onto the red logo app which has the belts instead. All fine; I’ve jumped on to brown-white belt as that seems to be maybe just a little before where I’d got to on the levels. I used to like listening in the car; I’d connect up to the car’s interface and work through the levels, particularly on long journeys. However, this now seems to work for about fifteen minutes and then cut out. It does the same if I’m walking and listening with AirPods. It’s a faff to keep restarting it when walking , but obviously impossible in the car for the obvious safety reasons. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a solution?

@ian-leaver Our apologies about that. Our Tech Team have identified an issue in the sound encoding which is causing it. They are working on rectifying it and will release an update to fix it very soon, hopefully today.
It seems to be mainly iOS devices though and appeared after a recent iOS update. If you use the web browser version in the meantime – https://app.saysomethingin.com – that will allow you to make progress with your learning until the fix comes through.
