Very confused with this.
Did you- naethoch chi, couldn’t you use wnesti( as in wnesti joio?
Also Did you have-gaethoch chi,could you use gest ti?

Yes, you could - depending on who you were talking to. The chi forms are plural or formal ‘you’, so if you were talking to more than one person or being particularly polite to one person, you would use ‘chi’. The ti forms are singular or familiar, so if you were talking to one person informally you would use ‘ti’.
