I am recruiting for SIX Welsh speakers with an interest in IT, Problem solving and providing good customer service for exciting new roles at Swansea University.
We are looking for:
2 x Welsh speaking 2nd Line IT Service Desk members. (Grade 5 Uni Scale)
4 x Welsh speaking 1st Line IT Service Desk members. (2 x Grade 4, 2 x Grade 5 Uni Scale)

The university is very keen to embrace the Welsh language and it will be at the heart of everything we do as a team going forwards. There is a very active and vibrant Cymraeg community at the university and even though I haven’t been in the role myself for that long, there are hundreds if not thousands of Welsh speakers here.
