I’m doing the Italian course on an IPad. Since today’s SaySomethingin app update, at the beginning of each section, the voice as usual says ‘The Italian for x is y’ and then cuts out and there’s no more sound. It works OK on my android phone. Both phone and IPad are using the latest version of the operating system.

@nigelhackney there is a small issue with the sound occasionally that the Tech Team are aware of and have been working on over the last few days. They hope to release a fix for that problem very soon - possibly even today

Any updates on the fix? I am still having trouble on my iPhone 17e. Do I need to re-install?

Sorry, the fix hasn’t gone through yet. You should be able to use the web browser version in the meantime - https://app.saysomethingin.com - and if you sign in the same way, it will pick up your progress from the app.

We’re really sorry about this! We’ll be shipping an update at about 3 o’clock tomorrow morning (to give the tech team time to see if it makes anything explode before most users notice it!).

Seems to be working OK now and my iPad hasn’t exploded yet.
