Is anyone having issues with the app this morning? When I try to open it, I just get a white screen with the SSi logo and nothing else.
I’ve tried force closing, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, clearing cache and data and then reinstalling the app. Nothing. Is Woking.
Using a Pixel 9 running Android 16 with firmware dated 05/03/26.

Yes same on apple ipad. Just the splash screen.
The website version works ok.

Yes, our apologies! There is a technical issue this morning that the Tech Team are currently working to resolve. Hopefully it won’t take too long.

Still having issues on both the app and the Web service
Have you tried restarting the app? What kind of device are you using?
Samsung Galaxy S23 AND S24 both rebooted and both uninstalled and reinstalled app. Web service logs in, but language page (Welsh-South) shows opaque and unresponsive. App doesn’t progress beyond the start up screen.
