As JP says bod = that.
(Bit technical now, apologies) Also, bod = to be. So I am in English is a form of “to be”. “Dwi” is a form of bod.
So you wouldn’t say “bod dwi”. You replace dwi with “bod fi’n” (or fy mod i’n) and save a word
