Taith Sha thre/ Am adra - Ifor ap Glyn (er budd Cyngor Ffoaduriaid Cymru)
Yesterday Ifor ap Glyn begun a 270 mile journey on foot from Cardiff to his home in Caernarfon, with proceeds going to local charities and Welsh Refugee Council along the way.
Between now and 6 July, he will walk during the day and host poetry gigs in the evenings.

Is Ifor’s route and planned gigs available anywhere?
I haven’t seen one. The Literature Wales website says
Between 8 June and 6 July , Ifor will walk during the day and host poetry gigs in the evenings. There will be 24 performances in total, in venues ranging from pubs, clubs and theatres, including two ancient buildings and a chapel!

I’ve had a look at his Twitter feed, and I can’t see a full schedule though he is saying what the next places will be as he heads for them (though that’s obviously very short notice) - and there seems to be a few last-minute re-scheduling anyway.
