How to Pause the 6 Month Course?

Hi all. I’ve signed up for the 6 month course as I was impressed with the offer that I saw on Facebook and the option to sign up quickly, take advantage of the offer, but pause the course (“you can log in and set it to pause as soon as you’ve signed up”). I’d like to pause the course (not an individual lesson/challenge) as over the next 4 weeks it’s not practical for me to put the time in that’s required to to begin my learning.

Can anyone tell me how I do this? I’ve looked around and searched the forums, but so far found nothing! Any help much appreciated.
