Apparently all the British Isles are mine.
I haven’t told any of the parliaments yet though.
I NEED TO SEE THAT PICTURE ![]()
@kerstin-2 byddwn ni’n gymdogion!

I can’t seem to get a ddraig goch emblazoned map of everything at once, so this is the nearest proof I can get!
Diolch - mi wela i chi cyn bo hir! ![]()

damia fo - there should be a ‘share all my maps’ button in there somewhere!
I saw that but it only seemed to give me the England one (i.e. the last one I filled in).
I’ve been playing during lunch hour at work but I’ve just signed in on my home laptop and it’s not recognising my progress - there are no completed maps at all and it says I haven’t played yet, even though the certificates show on my profile page. ![]()
@siaronjames I get the “share all my maps” in the polyglot bit, but if I tap on Welsh I get an option to “share all my Welsh lands”, which is different. “Show off my map” just shows the current one, ie Lloegr.
Score isnt too great but I really enjoyed that. Surely learnt a good few new words from it. “Build” section really good as well.
A small feedback from me:
First to mention I couldn’t log in with my credentials either.
Then, I appear not knowing many of the words, which sits correctly, placing me to the area of last places out of all players. If my score counts toward the general estimates, then I rather won’t play anymore as I’d corrupt the overall good stats. Some failurs simply occur as there’s a limited time to choose the words which has to be as it is, but I’m due to being visually impaired, a very slow reader so this handycaps me a bit. So, I’ve got an idea, if it’s not too hard to implement though. What about one gets the narration with the written words as well, which “switches on” when you hover with mouse over the word. This would make the game way better for those visually impared as well. And, I’m sorry if I’m boring with bringing these things forward, but feedback it is, being justified or not.
Apart from this, the game is super interesting and fun to play and it brings something new and fresh to the SSi realms.
Thank you and good luck!
If you mean your normal SSi account, no, this isn’t integrated, it’s a standalone thing - if people are still finding it interesting in six months from now, we might take on the work to try and integrate it, but for now it needs a separate account ![]()
Feedback is always, always super high value - diolch yn fawr! Please don’t worry about your score damaging general estimates, that’s not a thing ![]()
When you say narration, you mean you’d hear a sound file? At the moment we don’t have any sound files in it, and that helps keep it lean and light on bandwidth - I’m a bit nervous about what adding sound files would do to our costs to run it, but I’ll look into it. In the meantime, would you find it helpful to be able to disable the timer?
@morgan1009 that’s the first time I’ve seen all of them complete! Brilliant work! I hope you can share that on the socials, it’s a picture to rememeber for Welsh speakers! ![]()
@siaronjames - gah, sorry about that - could you DM me the email address you used, and I’ll try to hunt down what’s gone wrong?
We’re up to 400 players now, which is fun! Thank you very much to those of you who’ve been sharing

That would save the problem. You wouldn’t need to implement sound and I’d still be able to do it properly. If anyone woudl cheat, looking into the vocabulary, it’s their problem of not larning properly, because this game also is a part of learning process.
Thank you.
That was fun and very interesting. There was a huge amount of guesswork involved, some lucky and some way off. Also a lot of panic as the timer was about to run out. The synonyms are interesting and often unexpected. I can recognise words when I see them, but using them when I speak is a completely different thing. Not doing so well there!
I am trying German, which I have never learned formally, but I might have picked up 50 words or so. Then I shall have a go with French to see if 6 years of school lessons 60 years ago have left anything behind.
Thank you for this.
Sue
I found a bug! I still had time on the timer, clicked the correct answer, but the quiz didn’t advance and I got the “Next” button as if I’d got it wrong.
sorry for the radio silence, folks, been a bit snowed under - thank you very very very much for the screenshot errors, they’re brilliantly helpful and I’m busy feeding them all into the AI and demanding answers right now! ![]()
