I am meant to tell you somewhere that I am a higher reputation learner, I am not sure where so am posting it here.
I am not brilliant at the forum because I can’t quite work out all the threads. I also can’t log into the forum from my phone because it asks for my password but on my lap top it remembers it.
I did start by myself not doing the six minute a day challenge and had to repeat each challenge about 6 or 7 times. Now that I am on my second run through I am being very strict and only listening once but when I get to the challenges I haven’t done before I will have to start doing 3 repeats of each challenge.

I usually need three repeats too, sometimes more. But the result is really worth it
