Hello Everyone,
The app on my android phone opens but does not play. The message “Poor connection. Course material or progress records could not be downloaded.” I tap on ‘Retry’ but the same message appears or the play button keeps scrolling.
Everything seems to work on the browser on my laptop though.
Does any one have any suggestions please?

Hi Aran,
The app seems to be working now. I uninstalled the app and left it overnight and reinstalled it in the morning. Hopefully it’s solved the problem. ![]()
