I am on week 1 challenge 6 and wanted to ask if I could go on to challenge 7 now or do I have to wait until next Monday? Thank you.

You can move on as fast as you want through the challenges - either in the SSiW app, or on the website using the ‘Learn’ link, then ‘Challenges’.
Your emails still come on a Monday according to the schedule, but many people do find it handy to go back and have another run through the set Challenge when it comes as they pick up little things they may not have noticed first time through. It’s also encouraging to see how much better your Welsh is

Diolch. It’s just that week 6 didn’t include any new words and I do want go on as I am enjoying the process and feeling quite pleased with my progress so far.
