Hello all. I’m feeling very frustrated as I previously completed all of the old and new courses and then got distracted and ended up taking a break for about 9 months. Going back in I seem to have forgotten everything but the beginner levels are too slow for me and I really don’t know how to get back into it again. I was hoping for some guidance at how to get back in. I tried the old Level 3 and I can’t remember any of the grammar at all even though I do know the nouns. I don’t really know where to start again now.
My sympathies to you - I’ve done a similar thing with the Latin I once knew. From what you’ve said I can’t tell if you’ve been trying to use the old/new courses or if you have access to the ‘Say Something In’ “red” app?
If it’s the latter you could adjust your belt in the settings to, say blue belt and skip to where you feel more comfortable (although as you’ll know, phased repetition isn’t designed to let you feel very comfortable)? Good luck, keep dipping in to S4C, BBC Cymru, BBC Fyw etc. - it will come back
