The Cered Language Initiative has organized a bus trip for local Welsh learners and supporters to visit the National Library of Wales in Aberystwyth.

The bus will pick up at Llechryd (Coracle Hall) at 9.30am and at Aber-porth (Driftwood Cafe) at 9.50am.

There will be a guided tour around the Library and Museum.

Everything is free, but you must book your place on the bus by contacting Rhodri Francis, Rhodri.francis@ceredigion.gov.uk

The early nineteenth century repertory of Mair Richards, Darowen, her brother Dewi Silin, her father; their musical friends, Ifor Ceri, Iolo Morgannwg, Maria Jane Williams, Augusta Hall and others is explored in an evening of informal music and conversation

Mary Richards played fiddle, harp and flute, wrote poetry and collected the folk music of her locality.
