I hadn’t heard of ELEN until this evening when I was searching for possible small grants for my workplace.
ELEN’s goal is: “the promotion and protection of European lesser-used (regional, minority, endangered, indigenous, co-official and smaller national) languages, to work towards linguistic equality for these languages, and multilingualism, under the broader framework of human rights, and to be a voice for the speakers of these languages at the local, regional, national, European and international level.”
There are videos, details about events, a languages map and links to its Facebook pages which appear to have information about lots of events and campaigns.
