Eisiau vs moyn?

I’m from south wales and have always said eisiau for I want but in this course I want is moyn. I’m just a bit confused here

Well, traditionally, people in the south use moyn for want, so that is what the southern version teaches. But regional differences in Wales can be a bit hit-and-miss, so there may be any number of reasons why you learned eisiau. And with the influx of new speakers and globalization through use of online media, the traditional boundaries between regional accents get more and more blurred, anyway. So just use the one you’re more comfortable with, in the end any Welsh is good Welsh
