I was surprised to hear dysgled on ch.12 level 2 as when they started saying a cup of tea in Welsh is - I thought,"oh great ,one I know, paned… and then I was wrong! I know it is used , but where and when?
dishgled is more commonly heard from S.Welsh speakers and paned although ‘universal’ maybe more commonly heard in the north. Neither is wrong, carry on using whichever you’re comfortable with!

Dishgled (mainly) and paned in the south. A variant dished (no g) is heard in the far west (Pembs and W Carmarthenshire).
Panad in the North.
