Dyddiadau Luke / Daniel / Bethan etc

Hi,

I completed SSiW courses a few years ago and have had some success using my welsh in “real life”.

I never utilised the listening exercises however and feel my listening skills are, naturally, lacking as a result!

How can I use the resources provided to sharpen up my listening and also expand my vocabulary further?

The lessons / challenges were fantastic for me to get to grips with welsh speaking by the way, honestly could not have dreamed of progressing as much as I have done through the courses.

Thanks!

If you still have a subscription, you can access the advanced listening exercises by clicking on ‘Learn’ in the top bar, clicking on it again on the next page and then choosing “Advanced Content”.

Check the information on the Advanced off the SSiW website rather than leaping into number one off the App, though any and all are used for alternatives to podcasts or radio. The website suggests where to start; they are not in the same order or numbering system on the App as on the website; and though one might assume number one on the App is where to start, it isn’t. You start at #67 listening to @Hendrik ! I typed up a list of what corresponds to what and put it somewhere on Slack Community. I’m not feeling great at present but I’ll find it later and attach it here

I’ve had to adjust the formats in my Website/App comparison document to paste here, but it is still coming out ragged. Hope what I copy over will make some sense and be useful. It’s better on Slack so I’ll post this slighlty updated version there under chat-about-challenges (because they are a challenge!).
