Bore Coffi Dydd Santes Dwynwen
As usual, the Dysgu Cymraeg Center will be holding a virtual Coffee Morning in the company of the Learner of the Year on Saint Dwynwen’s day (25 January).
The Coffee Morning will be held between 10am and 11am and we will divide into two groups - Entry/Foundation and Intermediate/Advanced/Proficiency.
There will be half an hour in the company of Alison Roberts, Learner of the Year, and half an hour chatting in small groups. All individuals, virtual classes and face-to-face classes are welcome to join. A poster is attached and you can register here:

When I was a student in Lerpwl, young ladies from the Royal Infirmary would trek across Malldraeth to Llanddwyn to pray to St. Dwynwen for a good husband. Many of them were successful.
Apparently this is a local tradition…
