Admin. I have paid my monthly subscription but I cannot download the challenges on level 2.
The pause button has dots across it as though it is downloading but then returns to the subscription page.
I have also downloaded the lessons to my phone and I am not having any problems with that.

if you see dots on the pause button, and it’s not a phone I suppose you’re trying to use them on an iPad with the app?
In this case you might try to check if you’re logged in correctly, first (in the setting tabs on the bottom right).
If you click on pause/play within the lesson it’s actually streaming.
In order to download the lesson so that you can use it without being connected to the internet, for example, you have to go to the Level 2 list and follow these instruction with pics:
