Challenge 4 will not down load. Instead of the red arrow I get a pink version with dots running across it. Challenges 3 and 5 have downloaded successfully. I’ve tried deleting and then downloading again but the same thing happens. What do I do next please?

So, that sounds like either a connection or a subscription problem. Presumably you are able to browse the Internet, say, on this device - so you know there is a wifi / Internet connection?
…if so, and if you are on a course or have subscribed, I would email admin@saysomethingin.com with the problem.
( there has been a change as to what can be accessed for free recently - only challenge one is now accessible - in case that is relevant )
