why is the dialogue on lesson 10 at double speed?. Is it meant to belike that?It sounds like a cassette on fast forward.

It is. Welcome to the world of the ‘chipmunks’!! Repeated listening at double speed really helps one’s listening skills. We did a lot on boot camp. Enjoy!

It’s so so useful!! Sounds bizarre but really helps train the ear!

After listeninig to it repeatedly over a week or so it will sound as if it is played at normal speed. Really prepares you for the shock of hearing a Welsh speaker reply to you.
