Difference between nest ti & o’t ti’n

Nest ti ddechrau can be used as a statement and a question depending on the emphasis you give.
When it is used as a statement is the meaning any different to “ o’t ti’n ddechrau”
I hope this question makes sense.

There is a subtle difference, yes. “nest ti ddechrau” infers a completed action whereas “o’t ti’n dechrau” infers an ongoing action. One way to think of them is as “you did start” vs “you were starting”.
