I’m a single-subscription member. How do I get access to the practice sessions?

Click on ‘Challenges’ up at the top there, then (you’ll probably need to click it again, once you’re over on the actual lessons site rather than the forum) - if Level 1 is ‘open’ in the pop-up window, showing all the Challenges for it, click on ‘Level 1’ to close it, and then you should see ‘Level 1’, ‘Level 2’, ‘Level 3’ and ‘Old material’ - click on ‘Old material’ and down at the bottom you’ll see ‘Weekly practices’ and ‘Daily practices’…
