Course 3 Northern Lesson 11

Help!!! About 24 minutes into the lesson there is a need to translate, “You’ll see what I mean later on” - which I hear Catrin and Aran give as, “Weli di be dw i’n (ei?) feddwl nes ymlaen”. Why is the “ei” needed?

Gerald

You’ll see what (it) is I mean later on… I think.

Thanks, Dinas. That sounds reasonable - Welsh seems to be a much more formal language than English.

Gerald

If you leave it out, no-one will even notice, so don’t worry about it - just trying to make sure that you get exposure to as much as possible of the things you’ll hear in real life :sunny:

Thanks Aran.
