S’mae. I wonder if someone could help please. I had reached challenge 12 and downloaded 13 and 14 to my phone on the SSIW app. After a break (working in a busy hospital) for a few weeks, I have upgraded my phone and all the content has disappeared. I have logged in to my account but it only offers challenge one and the introduction. I’d be very grateful for any help as I’m a bit lost without it.

Firstly, is your subscription still active? If not, that would be the reason. If it is though, you should still be able to download everything from a browser (rather than the app - I’m not familiar with the app). If you still have trouble, maybe emailing admin@saysomethingin.com would be your best bet.
