A group of organisations are getting together to produce a database of Welsh which tech companies can use to produce Welsh translations.
They need people to record Welsh speech and verify existing recordings.
I think this is a really important project. As our devices become ever more voice controlled, we need them to speak Welsh, and other minority languages.

Bangor University are using the Common Voice project to help to remove one of the barriers that software companies cite when asked to produce software in Welsh, namely cost. Anyone can contribute, either by donating their voice or reviewing the voices submitted.
