Well spotted, Deborah I thought I was using the messaging, oops, diolch, do I click on chat not message, just making sure I click correct one, do I click chat is that right, sorry having ME makes me muddled sometimes
@catherine-evans-3 clicking on ‘Message’ after you click on a person’s name does send them a private message.
To be honest, I’ve never used the ‘Chat’ option myself. It’s a fairly new enhancement by the software people who host the forum. I presume it lets you talk directly to someone, but I’ve never tried it.
When you put your email address above, you must have just clicked on the ‘Reply’ button, which shows your message to everyone reading the thread.
It’s great to see the Clwb Cardiau Post getting up and running again, albeit in a small way.
Yes it is Deb, pure joy, I know others missed it too. Was lot of work for admin though so understand why it stopped last time, hopefully this way it will keep going.

As well as saying things in Welsh, I would also like to practise my writing and reading skills.
I prefer doing things offline so would love to exchange letters or postcards yn Gymraeg.

I would also like to join. I do live overseas in the Netherlands, but wouldn’t mind spending the occasional euro on a postal card.

Catherine, Gareth and I are corresponding occasionally. If you scroll up a little, you’ll find us all - you can send a direct message to anyone you’d like to correspond with and if they’re up for it, you can then exchange addresses. I’d be happy to write to a Netherlands address.
