As a learner i look forward to when i can start reading. Its such a buzz and amazing feeling reading in the new target language. With Irish, then Cymraeg, now español. This is two different sets of trilogies by Christina López. Bilingual, but a fantastic level for learner’s. Im not quite sure what the level is. Or how it actually increased. Or how much i can understand without using the English translations. But my reading level has shot up a lot. Probably best to start with La bailadora asesina, then reading it a few times and work through them. Repeatedly.

How do they compare with the Juan Fernández books? E.G. Hola Lola. I have been thinking about buying one of her books but I wasn’t sure if it would be any better.

Like i said starting with one at s time. Id say An Bailadora asesina. Another little trick i learned. On amazon click on Kindle version. It gives you few pages trial. Then i generally see if its on Abebooks, World of Books for second hand, very good copies cheaper.
