Is there a CD of all the lessons so I can play it in the car?
My Bluetooth doesn’t always work and I can’t press for next lesson when driving

No, there’s not a CD, but the lessons are all downloadable from the web browser, so you could download them and put them on a CD if you have access to a computer with a disk drive.

I downloaded mine to a memory pen to play in the car.
