Was half way through week 1 and it froze wont load and is now marked as complete and i cant upload week 2?!?

How are you accessing the Challenges? Are you clicking on a link in the email that you receive on a Monday? Or are you going directly to the Challenges on the website?
Try clicking on ‘Learn’ up above, then ‘Learn’ again when you reach the main website, and select ‘Challenges’. You should be able to get to them all that way, and you can use the ‘Download mp3’ link to download the Challenge to your device.
