Tagging @Deborah-SSi for attention. Which email address did you use? The correct adress should be admin@saysomethingin.com, and it usually works fine. (Although any technical system can occasionally glitch, the downright statement “the adress doesn’t work” is certainly not true in general.)
I’m on holiday until next Tuesday but that email address definitely works and someone else will respond.
You can also cancel yourself by going to Subscription on the website then using the Cancel button there.
