Hello there. I can’t log back into the app - I get ‘unknown error’, and the ‘forgotten password’ option won’t work either. I can log into the website version OK. Any help much appreciated!

There was a momentary glitch in the communication with the server, but it was resolved fairly quickly. You must have just logged in at exactly that moment. Sorry about that, but good to hear it’s working again!
