All of a sudden the app said I need to subscribe (I’m already a subscriber). I logged out and went to log back in but it won’t let me. I can log into the desktop version just fine. I reset my password but the new password doesn’t work in the app either. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still can’t log in.
@jason-hill we had a big update to the system recently in preparation for the addition of additional language choices. It has generally gone very smoothly, but there has been the odd hiccup like this. I’ll flag @Kinetic to take a look for you.
Its just happened to me too, tried to open my next lesson on the app and it won’t let me, says I need to subscribe. I’ve changed my password on the desktop version and that’s still fine but still can’t log on to the app.
Happeni g to me too… It thinks that i am not a member, although my subscription expires at the end of the month. Everything i try to do, except on the laptop, does nit work. Tried changing the password on my IPhone and IPad, said it would send an email but i never got oneWas able to change it on the laptop and tried to use that password on the IPhone and IPad but no luck. Hope there is a fix soon
I can’t log into the main site or the forum through firefox on the desktop. It says my password is wrong. I am still logged into my phone so I can post this.
My phone is already logged in. I have not changed my password. When I couldn’t access the main site, I logged out of the forum on the desktop to see if my password worked there. It did not.
Edit: Also, I am no longer getting email notifications anymore. The last email I got was on July 18.
