Recently set up my email login and have been trialing the program.
I’m ready to subscribe but my subscription area on iPhone app says “you are subscribed for 0.0 GBP /month - expires 31st March 2026. “
And when clicking on a subscription link that was in the forum it brings up the subscription options but i can not pay anything.

Isn’t it funny how when a company isn’t pushy or sneaky about getting customers’ money, it turns out most people are perfectly willing to pay for a good value product?
Were you given a link to subscribe as part of a Dysgu Cymraeg course? Because if so, I think it actually is supposed to be free for you.
Thanks for your feedback - no I have not been given any links via other courses nor subscribed for any from Dysgu Cymraeg.
Some further info in case it’s helpful - I remember seeing the subscription options when I first logged on. And the monthly one was higher than current - from memory was £12 per month - cant remember what the full year fee was.
Then about 2 days later the subscription info changed to what I detailed in my initial message.

@Treesa according to the system, you do have free access through a Dysgu Cymraeg course. If you’re not currently doing a course with them, could you let us know? We’ll have to cancel your free access
