Are there any meetups for learners in Bridgend at any times other than Saturday mornings? (I work on Saturday mornings). I went to one on a Tuesday morning at Cafe Fresco a little while ago that Menter Iaith Bro Ogwr recommended to me, but it was all fluent speakers and I was too intimated to actually join them.

Not Bridgend but there is a meeting 6:30 -7:30 pm every Thursday in Porthcawl library. Speaking ability is mixed and ranges from very little to proficient. They are a very friendly group and all helpful.

Shwmae Andrea, Cafe Fresco is for all levels there are some 1st language speakers there, and many Fluent speakers also. But all levels are welcome, I’m not fluent but I go and get by some come on down and sit next to me. Don’t be intimated or shy just get in there Cadw fynd Hwyl Alan Owen learner.
