At the moment, there isn’t a way to do this, but I’ll see if it can be organised for you.

Hi, i just came here to ask the same question. I just subscribed today, after trying out the auto magic app (both Welsh and French). Now that I have decided to subscribe, I would have liked to start over, working through the belts now that I know how it works. I see that this is not possible, but it would be a nice feature to be added in the future.
It’s in the planning stage - definitely something we’re considering to improve navigation.

This is ridiculous. I tried to open a new a/c but the system remembered me and I have been allocated belt blue/white. I can’t continue at this level. I tried rewinding about 20 times but that didnt work either. Help me please. Ianto
You need to clear all the information in the app settings, such as the cache and saved details. I did this earlier, then set up a new account on the website with a new email address and logged in with new details on the app. If you have a subscription, you will lose it and have to pay for a new one.
@ianto-2 the navigation changes are still a few weeks off - they need to be tested, then the app stores need to approve them and publish them - but in the meantime, if you want to start a new account with a different email address, that would do it.

Deb I managed to restart my course but am stuck in Infinite Play doom loop. I want to work my way up the Belts but I just get an error message.
There is a version of the App for Approval with the Stores over the weekend whereby Skip and Revisit will very simply move backwards and forwards in the course, one item at a time - with no other side effects.
This should simplify the situation greatly for those who want to go backwards or forwards in the course. There are other navigation improvements in the pipeline also.

Here’s me hoping.. does this also include Aran’s interludes, so that they can then be skipped? 
(Not that they’re not interesting per se, but as one who dabbles in multiple languages, I don’t really need to hear about the number of neurons and pathways in the brain ever again 
)

I cannot believe you would want to cut Aran’s encouragements short Hendrick! 
That is getting close to the top of the list but it is not in this one.
The starting point for the App was in practical terms ‘a given’. We have concentrated on making steady improvements whilst enabling /supporting the language choices and all their implications.
We are now at a point where we are able to move on to these type of things - skip and revisit being another example - that were ‘baked in’…and that is a good feeling.
