Beginner meet up in Penarth

Sorry for my ignorance but I couldn’t find a decent list in the forum which covers regular meet ups for beginners. I live in Llandough and would like to meet with beginners in Penarth. I could also join meet ups in Cardiff. Could you please help? Diolch yn fawr iawn.
