I am having this problem too, as of yesterday (October 9th, 2024). Everything else works, just not the Automagic screen. I have been using it daily for most of this year. Hope it can be fixed! Thank you. AB

Its not working for me 11th Oct
It seems to be something which is coming and going - working one minute, then you try again later and it’s not - but don’t worry! We’ll get to the bottom of it!
It only happens on my Samsung Android phone. It sometimes works after restarting the phone - but not always. Automagic works on my windows laptop.
Tried the new app but it starts automagic at the beginning! (have done 35h). It also does not have a timer which I use to monitor my progress.
Diolch @keith-taggart. Yes, it’s always harder to track down the cause of a problem that sometimes happens, and sometimes doesn’t, but we’re closing in on it!
With the new app, it has discovered that AutoMagic mysteriously didn’t mark off some items as completed, so it is very diligently going back and giving you some revision of those things until it is satisfied it can tick them off.
Quite a few of them are near the beginning, so it feels like you’re starting again, but as soon as those items are ticked off, it will leap forward and when it’s happy with the revision, it will have you back at where you are in AutoMagic.
It hasn’t lost your progress, it’s just making sure you’ve covered everything adequately.
The Timer feature will be an option in the next release, so it’s on its way back 
The new app has a system of coloured belts, like martial arts, which are awarded as you progress through, so they give you a sense of how much you’ve done and how much is left in the programme.

I’ve recently joined and Automagic isn’t working for me at all on my PC. I click play and it just continually tries to load. I have tried turning off video, logging out, restarting etc. There also appears to be no compatibility between the Android app and the PC site?

Which version of AutoMagic are you using? Is it the prototype - automagic.saysomethingin.com or is it the web version of the latest app? app.saysomethingin.com
If you’re using the latest SaySomethingin app on your Android phone, your progress there will carry over to the web browser version.
I am having the same problem. I was invited to join as part of a Learn Welsh course and set an account up but when it logs me in to AutoMagic on my PC, and I press the play button, like the previous poster it just says loading with a circle going round and round and never loads.
The AutoMagic prototype has been superceded by the latest SaySomethingin app. If you download that, or go to app.saysomethingin.com you’ll be able to use the latest version.
