Please can someone tell me why the introduction keeps being repeated while using AutoMagic?

Oo interesting - you mean the introductory video…but the content isn’t starting again it seems?

What browser you are using - are you on a Pc or Mac or something else?

Helo Rich,

I have been with SSiW since early 2020 if not sooner and got all the way to level 3 but because of work and where I live it have been difficult to really move forward! When I saw the Auto Magic I thought it was time to get back to getting to learn my mother tongue! So I re-subscribed and started using AutoMagic today and using my iPhone 12 Pro Max at the moment when I start Auto Magic after a number of minutes Aran comes back with his introduction however the lessons still move forward! It’s quite frustrating when one does really just want to crack on if that makes sense?

Very sorry about that bother!! I’ve sorted it, but that pesky initial introduction will show up one more time for you - but after that, you should never hear it again! (at this point, you probably can recite it word-for-word :slight_smile:
