My challenges won’t play :-(. They have a red cross next to them like they aren’t wanting to play?

@hannah-7 you probably need to tell more in order tech personal can know where the issue occurs. Probably it would be useful to know on what device you try to play your challenges; is it on PC, phone or tablet - android or IOS etc. It would also be useful to know which challenges - is this Level 1, 2 or 3 etc. Also north or south version.
I’ve picked random challenge from Level 1 on my PC and it plays just nicely. Also one of 2nd level and one from Level 3. Also I’ve changed the versions from South to North and all plays nicely.
