The app has completely packed up on my android phone - won’t download lessons. I’ve logged out and in, reinstalled, restarted phone, cleared cache, etc, to no avail. I have a current subscription. Any helpful ideas anyone?
I’ve just tested this on my Android phone and it’s not downloading for me either. I’ve flagged it up to the Tech Team.
Our Tech Developer knows there is an issue with the Android app and is troubleshooting the source of the problem. Hopefully we’ll sort it out very soon.
In the meantime, you could access the website in a browser, then go to ‘Learn’ and ‘Challenges’ and download the file for the Challenge you’re on to your phone as an mp3. That will let you work with it until the app is fixed.
The problem with the app is fixed now - try it again!
