The app hasn’t worked properly for over a week. It comes with the same message and it has been in a robotic voice then goes off. I am paying monthly so I would expect a better process than this. I have logged out and logged in and deleted and reinstalled it. Anybody else having this problem
Hi Matthew - are you on an iOS device? They’ve made a change to how they encode audio which has caused us a lot of problems - we’ve been scrambling to fix it, and will be shipping an update in the wee small hours tonight - which we hope will solve it for most people ![]()
