But I got asked from someone who was curious to try the method and I can’t seem to find any It seems to go straight to a payment page.
I clicked on “SSi” in the top left corner of the page, then selected “Spanish”, and it brought me here. When I click on Level 2, it comes up as well. It’s only when I select the tourist course that it requests payment. What sort of device are you using to access the site?

It was chrome on Android (I never use the browser on my awful phone, so maybe I wasn’t patient enough. I’m going to try again!
