Hi there. I am having a problem accessing my level 2 challenges. Is anyone else having a similar problem and how can it be resolved? Sorry to use the forum but there doesn’t appear to be an obvious way of contacting SSi.
You don’t have to apologize for using the forum, we are here to help. The best and quickest way to get this resolved is to send an email to email@example.com explaining the problem. (And please provide some information from your end: are you accessing the challenges on a web browser, or in the app? Are you using a smartphone or a PC? These things will help in pinpointing the problem)
