Hello, I assumed that after paying the £240 for the £40 per month course I would still have access to the materials, but am being asked to pay £10 a month for access. Really?
Hi Angela - no, that’s not right - I suspect what might have happened is that you’ve tried to access Level 3 or the advanced content?
All the materials in Level 1 and 2 should remain available to you permanently - so the only other option I can think of is that you might not have been logged in?
