I’m 59, moved back to Wales in 2020 and happily living with my husband and 2 border collies in Brecon. Previously we were full time sailors, retired early to cross the Atlantic and spend a few years in the Caribbean. Then, still restless, we lived on a narrowboat for 3 years. We are active, enjoying many sports and feel privileged to be living in a place of such beauty and community spirit. Just would like to speak Welsh to stretch the brain cells and link to my heritage. My mother didn’t speak English until she was 8 and I have vivid memories of her talking to her sisters in Welsh so I couldn’t understand her!
