I lived in Pembrokeshire for 7 years and never imagined I would leave, but I fell in love with my now wife (who had also lived in Wales but moved away some years before we met) and relocated to North Yorkshire. We both have a strong feeling of hiraeth and intend to return to West Wales as soon as we can. Learning Welsh is part of our journey home.
