I have lived in the Forest of Dean, on the Welsh border, for over 30 years. I have often thought of learning Welsh. Three years ago, I bought a motorhome for spontaneous travelling and many of my canning trips are in Wales - Brecon Beacons, Snowdonia, the Gower, Pembrokeshire. Now I have the time to learn Welsh, I have totally fallen in love with the language, and am using it (what little I currently have) whenever I can during my Welsh travels.
